Hi Chase,
My name is Molly Grannan, I work with BuildSense and am working on the close out of this project. I hope you are
doing alright. The property owners have chosen to not move forward with building this project so we would like to
close our existing E&SC plan. We will need to have someone come out and confirm that the site is in fact, not under
construction so that we can submit to NCDEQ to terminate our notice of intent with them. Please let me know if you
have any questions regarding this request.

Good morning,
As of last week, the property is not under construction. The project will be constructed under the current permit
number(LDP23-0027), but Buildsense will not continue to be the financial responsible party. No work can begin on-
site until the updated LDP application is received and the NCGO1 permit is transferred over. I have been in contact
with the land owner and made them aware of our requirements.
