Implementation Status of the Stormwater Program*
Please describe summary of implementation and compliance status.
During FY2023,the permittee satisfactorily implemented the 37 BMPs and fulfilled the 190 Measurable Goals specified in its SWMP developed
and implemented for compliance with Permit No.NCS000395.The other provisions of the Permit have also been satisfactorily fulfilled;therefore,
compliance with the Permit has been achieved.Details regarding Phase II Permit administration in FY2023 are provided in the attached annual
report,including data accumulated throughout the reporting year.
Are there any proposed changes/revisions to the Stormwater Program?*
Include revisions to assessment of controls and any fiscal analysis revisions.Note:Proposed changes shall be submitted as part of a revised
Stormwater Management Plan(SWMP).
The latest revisions to the Stormwater Program identified in Attachment 3 of the attached annual report were enacted in November 2022 and are
included in the current version of the SWMP on file.Revisions identified in Attachment 4 are planned for implementation in September 2023 and
will result in the submittal of a revised SWMP.
