On August 16, 2023, staff from the Mooresville Regional Office (MRO) performed a Compliance Evaluation
Inspection. The MRO has received a request to rescind the permit for the system.
The MRO would like to thank Mr. Stan Golaski of Rogers and Calcott for extending his time to assist with making
this inspection possible.
Please submit a proposal for the abandonment of the Infiltration Gallery associated with the groundwater (GW)
remediation system. MRO staff will review the proposal and notify you if the proposal meets the requirements for
the protection of onsite groundwater and may also respond with additional comments to meet the requirements.
This permit is scheduled to be renewed at the end of August 2023. Until the permit can be rescinded, scheduled
fees will need to be paid.
