Dear Mr. John Thomas, Jr.;
I am requesting a permit modification for Project C4901 A(Bowers to Lake Rail- Double Track)
in Davidson CounTy. On September 29, 2014, at our request, your authorized an additional 80'
of temporary stream impacts to Abbotts creek for pipes and dewatering associated with a
temporary construction access. I would like to request to comert the 80' of temporary impacts to
permanent bank stabilization
Plans and a cross section are attached.
By copy of this letter, we also request that the Division of Water Resources modify the 401
