Good morning Mitchell and thanks for the quick review. Attached is an updated stream impact table. I did find it strange that the permit application fee was higher than expected and now I know why. Please let me know if the attached page with corrected stream impacts is sufficient, or if I need to do something differently. Also, with respect tc the listed federally protected species, Quible can go and review the proposed impact areas for these species unless this needs to be performed by USFWS staff? And, no there has not been a formal survey of any federally listed species in these crossing locations that I am aware of. I am going to be out of the office for a couple weeks, but if acceptable can provide a field review of the proposed crossing at UT-2 and gravel driveway stabilization at Brush Creek when I return the first week of August. Please ensure to provide an updated impact table that includes the bank stabilization as well. Also, the impact table within the PCN states there will be 225 LF of permanent stream impact to UT-2. USFWS IPaC database identified six federally protected species as potentially occurring within the project area, including the Gray bat, Northern long-eared bat, Mountain sweet pitcher -plant, Rock gnome lichen, Appalachian elktoe mussel, and White irisette. Are there any know occurrences of these species within the immediate vicinity of the culvert replacement and bank stabilization area? Has a survey for these species been conducted? This inquiry is restricted to the permit action area (culvert and bank stabilization work) and does not apply to the entire project area. Please note, this project area is not located within know appalachain elktoe mussel critical habitat and is not likely located in the project vicinity. The attached plan updates the proposed addition of some rock for bank stabilization along the driveway at Brush Creek. On our original plan we showed the stabilization occurring on the adjacent property. That was not the intent —there will be no disturbance on the adjacent property and this work would occur above the ordinary high water mark. Also, we have included some details for the replacement culvert at UT-2. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks, Warren D. Eadus, P.G.
