We received the attached Notices of Deficiency and sincerely apologize we have not paid these invoices.
Can you please send them to me, and we will get them paid ASAP?
Also, is there a way to update where these invoices are sent so they can be sent directly to [e-mail] ? That
would get them directly into our Accounts Payable team
So that we can avoid paying late again.
Again, sincere apologies for being late and as soon as we get those invoices, we will get them paid!
