We received your application for an NPDES discharge permit on April 23, 2018.On June 17, 2021,
Brian Lambe with the Wilmington Regional Office conducted a site visit to determine whether the
facility was compliant with coverage under Stormwater General Permit NCG020000.
The inspector found mining activities to be completed and in the process of reclamation.As
confirmed by Adam Parr with the Mining Program,the activities have now ceased and the mine was
released in 2022. Coverage under General Permit NCGO20000 is no longer required.With this
letter,your application is being returned to you.
