I just talked with Tasha re: your comment below.
To be clear, are you requesting that Tasha indicate whether or not the Corps would consider the raw water intake, pump
stations, and transmission lines a 'single and complete' project? If so, that would imply that impacts associated with any
future land development adjacent to the proposed access road would be considered independent of those associated
with this project. Is this correct?

Ward,
The response does not answer the question as to "purpose and need" of the project. I have documents that indicate the
purpose is as an access road and easement documents to indicate it will also be a subdivision road. I need something in
the file that explains the discrepancy in those statements and clarification that the USACE will accept the original
purpose and need and not "expand" the project.
This response will suffice to document minimization for the road width. Thank you.
