Bridge No. 40 over Swearing Creek on SR 1298, Davidson Co.
We do not object to the proposed bridge replacement project, however, we would like to recommend enhanced
sediment and erosion control measures due to Swearing Creek being on the 303(d) list of impaired waters. Even though
the impairment is not construction related, the cumulative effect of added sediment to an impaired stream can increase
negative impacts to a vulnerable system.
