This report is intended to provide you with information concerning the status of the site as it relates to compliance with the North Carolina Sedimentation Pollution Control Act on 1973. Please review this report carefully as it may contain corrective actions needed or comments which will assist you in meeting the required performance standards of the Act. It is our desire that any and all possible problems be discussed and resolved at the earlier possible time. Comments: Permanent ground cover sufficient to restrain erosion has been established. No additional self -monitoring or self -inspections are required. Project is in compliance and released under the SPCA. Termination of coverage under the NPDES General Stormwater Permit for Construction Activities (NCG01) must be requested by the permittee via a Notice of Termination (NOT). The NOT is available at: https://edocs.deq.ne.gov/Fomis/NCGOI-Termination. Please note that this correspondence must be uploaded as part of completing the NOT process. All projects that have been approved prior to April 01, 2019, under the old permit system, are not required to take any additional actions. The stormwater permit is terminated at the same time as the termination of this erosion control permit.
