The hold letter on May 18 had several questions that needed to be answered. I know there were similar concerns by
the corps. I am not sure if you provided them the information or they just decided to approve the project since
mitigation was to be provided for the impact. However, the questions/issues of concern should be addressed/clarified.
Ample time has been provided to submit the requested information. The original Hold letter was issued on April 6,
2015.
