I understand that the package cannot be located, but we have done everything in our power (outside of driving to
Raleigh and hand delivering it) to ensure that the package was provided to the NCDEQ. We have no issues assembling a
new package and mailing it back out to you, but our major concern at this point is timing. With the current review time

frames, are we able to maintain our place in line based on the April 24 hard copy arrival date and have the plans
reviewed digitally while the new hard copy package arrives?

We received your post-construction stormwater permit application for the above mentioned project on
12/13/2022. Reviews under the standard permitting process generally take 75 calendar days, but can take up to 90
calendar days per statute (our other reviewer, Corey Anen, no longer works for the State, so this review may exceed
75 days). Please upload all (revised/updated) documents that you mailed into our office through the link provided
below. Be sure to choose the Central Office as the Primary Contact office.
