The Division of Energy, Mineral, and Land Resources (DEMLR), received a complete, Stormwater Management Permit
Authoriza?on to Construct (ATC) Applica?on for the subject project on July 7, 2023. Staff review of the plans and
specifica?ons has determined that the project, as proposed, will comply with the Stormwater Regula?ons set forth in
Title 15A NCAC 2H.1000 - 1062 rules. We are forwarding ATC Permit No. SWA000216, dated August 2, 2023, for the
construc?on of the subject project and the stormwater system. This permit shall be effec?ve from the date of issuance
and shall be subject to the condi?ons and limita?ons as specified therein, and does not supersede any other agency
permits that may be required.

The original signed permit package and plans are being mailed to the permi?ee, Meredith Will Rice Jr., at the following
