I received a call from Mr. Nery on Friday. The Lake View Park Commission (LVPC) has decided to hold off on construction
of the proposed trail. We understand that this decision will result in the return of our application, and that if LVPC
decides to move forward with construction of a trail that will impact jurisdictional waters, a new application and fee will
be required.

July 10, 2015. If all of the requested information is not received by this due date, the Division will be unable to approve
the application and it will be returned. The return of this project will necessitate reapplication to the Division for
approval, including a complete application package and the appropriate fee.
