application for shoreline stabilization, question 10 where you indicate impacts below the normal water level,
that means what's being impacted in the water. Question 11 regarding impacts above the normal water level is
referring to impacts landward.
Boat slips whereby the land is being cut into, are impacts above the normal water level, so you have 120 square
feet for that. For seawalls, there are typically impacts both above and below the normal water level. The wall
itself is typically placed in the water at the water's edge so the square footage of the seawall itself is below the
normal water level. The backfilling is then above the normal water level.
If you could just help me get the impacts in your application accurately depicted, I would greatly appreciate
it. Thank you.
