Annual Avg Daily Traffic (veh/hr/day): Design/Future: 8000 Year: 2045 Existing: 7,300 Year: 2021 General Project Narrative: (Description of Minimization of Water Quality Impacts) The North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT) Division 9 proposes to replace Bridge 0241 on SR 3011 (Old Salisbury Rd) over South Fork Muddy Creek in Forsyth County, NC. The proposed project corridor is approximately 0.2mi in length. The purpose of the project is to replace the existing bridge with a new bridge that meets current standards. The project is located on SR 3011 (Old Salisbury Rd), just north of the Forsyth and Davidson county boundary.
