We had to add a 36" pipe at permit site 3/4A (permit sheet 8 of 71) to handle stormwater drainage from an adjacent
parking lot. There were no changes to the permit impacts and no modification is anticipated. I've attached a revised
plan sheet and the original (permitted) plan sheet. Please let me know if you have any questions or need additional
information.
