LLC (WQ0003717) and Delway Facility (WQ0015030). Additionally, any forms prior to
the current date permit or monitoring -related forms signed by Ronnie G. Kennedy Jr. on
behalf of Lawrence Parks were and always have been prior authorized. This letter was
written to accommodate General Statute 15A NCAC 213 .0506 (b)(2)(d).
