This is the bypass storm drain system that will carry the offsite runoff therefore no treatment is required for this runoff .

The discharge structure for BMP #1 must be relocated. As shown, it appears to be located in the forebay of the BMP which allows the system to
"short circuit" and does not allow for treatment of the stormwater runoff.

The exhibit is expanded to shown more the detail of BMP #1. The forebay of the BMP is revised to avoid "short circuit".
