depicted, the revision of the BMP #1 forebay has not been satisfied. Please provide all six pages of the approved SWP
for review.

to document the avoidance of stream impacts.

As you can see by the attached, all impacts to Stream B will be avoided. Retaining walls and 2:1 slopes
will be used to avoid the surrounding buffer. Hydrology will be bypassed to the top of Stream B to
maintain hydrology within the channel. Please let me know if this information answers your questions.
