Given the circumstance around this low quality wetland, I am okay with them proposing a 0.5:1 mitigation to impact
ratio for the 0.15 acre of wetland impact. Please let me know if you have any other questions!

I'm reviewing this PCN application and just trying to confirm if the USACE is OK with the proposed wetland impact
mitigation ratio of 0.5- 1.0ac.
The project is on Public Comment until July 30th.
If I don't hear otherwise, I'll plan to issue the 401 IC in early August.
