Attached are comments regarding the proposed stormwater controls on -site, which will need satisfied prior to 401
approval. Provide all six sheets of the exhibit for review. The hydrology directed into the top of Stream B discharges
immediately adjacent to the stream and additional information is requested to document the avoidance of stream
impacts.

As you can see by the attached, all impacts to Stream B will be avoided. Retaining walls and 2:1 slopes will be used to
avoid the surrounding buffer. Hydrology will be bypassed to the top of Stream B to maintain hydrology within the
