I've attached our original JD request here which should answer your first two questions. This JD request approved the
site with the Wetland G being jurisdictional (which is how we have it in this current application). Let me know if that
satisfies your initial 2 questions. I'm having the engineer send over an exhibit that zooms into the top of Stream B to
show no impacts from the adjacent roadway, including grading, to better illustrate how we avoided the entire Stream B.
Please let me know if that will do the trick for your third point there as well. Thank you -
