See attached, the pink hatched area appears to be the surface water area (assuming that the edges correspond to the banks of the stream). Normally, you are not allowed to place BUA within the vegetated setback, but 15A NCAC 02H .1017(12) allows for it in certain situations. Can you please take a minute and look at the plan and see if I have my surface water area shown correct. We are designing a creek crossing, so is the SW area the existing channel area between the vegetated buffer or the area excluding the creek crossing.
