The project will include the development of a retirement community consisting of independent living homes, assisted living units, and a central hub for community activities and services. The storm system is in the high-density central portion of the site. This portion is 33.45 acres with 371 dwelling units. The low-density area encompasses the remaining 73.48 acres with 85 dwelling units.
