1) Do you have a copy of the approved plans for this project? I originally though that we had the electronic plans
for this site, but during the review, I found out that they were from a different project and incorrectly filed in
this project’s folder. If not, would you be able to tell me the number of lots that are included in this subdivision?
2) While not required, you can rescind this permit and apply for post-construc?on stormwater coverage through
the Town of Hope Mills when ready to construct since this project is now located within the Town of Hope Mills’
jurisdic?on and no construc?on has occurred yet. Let me know if you are interested in this.
