This review reflected non-compliance with the subject permit. The following deficiency was noted: A. Per Permit Condition IV.2 the residuals from each source generating facility shall be analyzed to demonstrate they are non -hazardous and a table of parameters is provided. Based on the available information, the residuals from the Ramseur Water Treatment Plant were not analyzed for herbicides (2,4-D and 2,4,5-TP (or Silvex)), ignitability, and reactivity. Moving forward, please ensure that the residuals are analyzed for all parameters included in Permit Condition IV.2. Please refer to the enclosed inspection report for additional comments and observations.
