My name is Brittany Cook and I'm the General Permit Coordinator for the Stormwater Program at NC DEQ. I've reviewed
the inspection done by the Washington Regional Office on 6/20/2023 for the Mount Olive Pickle Company.
It was noted by the inspection staff that your site could qualify for a No Exposure rather than issue coverage under an
NCG06 General Permit. So I am reaching out to provide you with resources to fill out a No Exposure application.
