Homeowner is requesting approval for a block retaining wall within Zone 1, possibly reaching the edge of Zone 2. (Estimating at the
25-35 ft buffer mark). Wall to be approximately 50 ft in length and 4 It tall.
Also, requesting approval for a concrete pathway to the dock, passing through Zone 1 and 2. Walkway estimating 50-60 ft in length,
no wider than 6 ft.
