Site inspection was conducted on June 26, 2023 by Kevin Mitchell with the Asheville Regional Office. Duane Bennett
was present during the inspection.
- Outlet of Unnamed Tributary - Remove small amount of sediment/clay between the silt fence and the JS. Recommend
adding coir fiber matting after this is removed. Slopes and exposed spoils should be stabilized to meet the NPDES cover
reqirements.
Continue to meet the NPDES cover requirements and maintain records.
