Also, I do have a question about the picture labeled 6-21-23 (also attached)- it appears the pipes are directly outletting into the water and I just wanted to make sure that is not the case, and any water is treated before leaving the project and entering a JS. The email also covers other urgent and routine erosion control issues as well. When you click on the attached photos, the station number is labeled. The following will be considered part of the erosion control NPDES of the week starting6/21/2023. Items that are considered URGENT will be noted as such at the beginning of thedescription. URGENT items are those that pose an increased chance for loss of material from thework site, such as non-functional erosion control devices. URGENT indicates a need for correctiveaction within 24hr of notice given to the contractor. All erosion control issues not marked asURGENT are to be considered ROUTINE and are to be completed within 5 working days ofnotification to the contractor. Failure to do so will be noted in the NPDES report, indicated by adate of completion outside the final workday of the week. All items reported in this list must beincluded in the weekly NPDES, regardless of whether the work was completed or not during theweek. The following list is not to be considered all-inclusive and additional items may be addedthroughout the week as they are identified. Inspection of the site, maintenance of erosion controldevices, and maintaining compliance regarding permits and regulations are the responsibility ofthe primary contractor, including all subcontractors and those working on behalf of the primarycontractor. 1 1/2 inches of rain were recordedat Laydown Yard at Camden Road. 6/21/2023. 1. (CWD) due to the pool drain17. -L- Lt 408+11 Clean sediment at slope drains and replace the busted drain. 18. -L- Lt 412+37 skimmer basin-clean 1st chamber out.19. -Y13RPC- Sta. 19+24 & 23+60 had eroded.20. -L-Rt Sta. 392+78 Clean sediment off the stone. 21. -L-Rt Sta. 392+09 no stone at the pipe coming out Basin.
