Hi Art,
In review of this project, it was noted that the proposed wetland impacts listed in the PCN application are different from
the wetland impacts included in the Permit Drawings dated 4-26-23.
If mechanized clearing impacts are being requested for this project (0.02 wetland acres), those impacts should be
included in the PCN and resubmitted. The PCN only lists wetland fill and hand -clearing for impacts.
