The proposed private sanitary sewer main and pump station are for the Emerald West project located in Greenville, North Carolina, at 0 Allen Road. Emerald West is a multifamily residential project which includes townhomes, multifamily buildings, parking garages, a clubhouse, and recreational areas. This project is proposing approximately 3,320 LF of private 8-inch PVC gravity sewer lines with associated services to the building and approximately 703 LF of private 4-inch C900 DR18 PVC force main line. The private force main will connect to an existing public manhole located at the northwest corner of the site. The flow from the site will be approximately 100,200 GPD, but the flow will be shown as 0 on this application. The flow is referenced on the public sewer permit for this project mailed to DEQ on 4/18/23. The following are transmitted to you for review. • $480 Application Fee • FTA 06-21 Checklist and Application • FTSE 10-18 Flow Tracking/Acceptance Form Documentation of Business Registration • Site Maps • USGS Map • Aerial Map Please do not hesitate to contact me at (919) 653-6654 or jordan.brewer(c3lldmley-hom.com should you or your staff have any questions for this review.
