The City of Jacksonville's Stormwater and Engineering department has issued a Final for the above referenced
project, The Erosion and Sediment control measures have performed and stabilization of this site has been
achieved.
It is the Stormwater/ Engineering departments'decision at this time to release"Jacksonville Take 5 Oil Change"
from any further erosion and sediment control inspections. Please be advised that the site will continue to be
inspected by the Stormwater/ Water Quality staff throughout the year.
This department will be monitoring the Slim Chickens site. The City of Jacksonville has some concerns about
overlap from the adjoining project. Please inform your site superintendents that keeping the two sites separated
is of the utmost concerns.
