SUBMIT MINE MODIFICATION WITH ADEQUATE MINE DISCHARGE SYSTEM THAT
RETAINS SEDIMENT ONSITE AND IS NON EROSIVE. MOD MUST BE CONGRUENT WITH
NPDES NCG020000 PERMIT APPLICATION. MOD MUST INCLUDE THE DISCHARGE
CHANNEL AS PART OF THE MINE MAP.
