On June 6, 2023, Division of Water Resources staff Caitlin Caudle completed a review of
the 2022 Annual Report. This review reflected non-compliance with the subject permit.
The following deficiency was noted:
A. Per Permit Condition IV.7 annual reports shall be submitted on or before March
1st. The 2022 Annual Report was provided to Ms. Caudle on May 2nd after a request
for additional information on April 28t". The annual report was submitted on May
2nd This is a violation of the subject permit.
