This report includes the sampling and reporting requirements of the above referenced permit as well as the reporting requirements of the Tank Farm Remedial Action Plan. Enclosed are a) piezometer level monitoring field sheets, b) the operation and maintenance reports and c) semi-annual lab analysis results of withdrawal wells. Please note that analytical results for Total Phosphorus and Fluoride parameters were analyzed outside of the required holding times. This has been noted on the lab analysis summary page. The data was qualified by comparing results of the current monitoring period to historical averages for each monitoring location. Infection Water Well System The injection water well system is operated with mine depressurization water (DPW). Daily operational data is collected by the Shipping Department and reported to the Environmental Affairs Department.
