We are not requesting a trout moratorium for this project. Here's the info I received about trout potential: The Nottely
River downstream of this trib historically had a Rainbow Trout population, but most of those fish were killed during a
warmwater release several years ago. We restocked it with Rainbow Trout fingerlings but we don't have any data on the
current status of trout in the river.

Hi Dave! Sorry, I was out on leave part of last week and now I'm having trouble with my ArcMap trout layer. The
description of the plan for the culvert improvements sounds reasonable to me. I need a little more time to determine if
a trout moratorium is appropriate.
