The existing two-lane shoulder roadway will be widened to include two travel lanes plus turning lanes and climbing lanes for approximately 4 miles. SUMMARY OF HISTORIC ARCHITECTURE AND LANDSCAPES REVIEW Description ofreview activities, results, and conclusions. - Project area reviewed on HPOWeb in January 2018: one National Register -listed property - the John Franklin Cobb House (CE0033) and numerous properties over fifty years of age assessed for eligibility by a qualified architectural historian. Building inventory and eligibility report completed and submitted to HPO. In their December 4, 2018 letter they concurred that the only eligible property is the John Franklin Cobb House and the current National Register boundary is appropriate.
