The new development is located on Zoo Parkway toughly 330 LF south of the intersection of Zoo Parkway and Ridge St in Asheboro NC. There will be one 6" private sewer main connected to an existing 8" Sanitary Sewer main owned by the City of Asheboro located to the east of Zoo Parkway. There will be a total of 350 LF of 6" private sewer main extension with this project. The City of Asheboro wastewater treatment System has the capacity to serve this new development and many other services. The project is set up to where the lots could be sold at some point, however Darren Lucas will maintain the homes and the private sewer main extension at this time. When an HOA is formed, we have informed Darren it will be best to put the final ownership in the HOA's name. At this time that is not an option so Darren plans to maintain the sewer.
