Hey Dave, I went over to the stump pit this afternoon and most of the silt fence is destroyed. They
have a tub grinder there and a trackhoe. I don't know if this makes any difference but I just thought I
would let you take a look. I am also including a picture of the spring that they have hit on Hackett
Town. It looks like a small pond
