Dear Mr.McGee:
The Town of Weldon is required by NPDES permit, Part III, B, 2 and 15A NCAC 2H .0905 tp implement
on-going waste survey activities and submit a summary of these activities every 5 years.
The initial list was developed using the NC Manufactures Register, water billing records and routine
travel through service areas.
Of the 7 on the NC Manufactures Register only 3 discharges into the Town's Collection System. 1
(Greenberry Industrial, LLC) discharges domestic, 1 (S&B Precast Patching) office operated out a home,
discharges domestic and has since relocated. 1 (Weldon Mills Distillery, LLC)operates a distillery which
discharges<25,000 gpd, and<5%MAHL.
The Town will continue monitoring development, non-residential water customers and routine travel
through our service area to conduct on-going industrial waste survey activities.
