Inspection Summary:
This inspection was conducted in response to the receipt of the Mitigation Plan as part of the Tier and 3 responses for four
outfalls on the site. Many areas that had previously been seeded and matted had established vegetation at the time of this
inspection, but some small bare spots still remain that need to be stabilized. Inlets and outlets to the culverts could be
armored with rock to restrain sediment. Completing the concrete pad work should reduce the TSS significantly, but the filter
covers should be used on all yard inlets especially in gravel lots. Stormwater from the road in front of the site appears to
discharge onto the site and a background sample of the stormwater should be taken to determine its contribution to the
