The wastewater operator for this facility was reportedly working on this issue during 2008. During late December 2008, our operator unexpectedly quit. WOC retained a new operator on December 30, 2008. It has been brought to our attention by the new operator that the necessary application for the installation of the dechlorination system has not been submitted to DENR. At this time, the application has been completed and presently being reviewed by a professional licensed engineer. WOC anticipates the application to be submitted to DENR the week of January 26t6. If you have any questions or need additional information, please do not hesitate to contact me at the letterhead address or by telephone at (910) 796-2424.
