Hi Amber,
I just had a chance to look at the application you submitted for the State Farmer's Market Park and Ride Lot and wanted
to let you know one thing. Since grading in Zone 2 is an exempt activity, I typically don't include those impacts in the
approval letter. I'm thinking that the impacts for B5 and B6 just involve grading, but I wanted you to confirm
that. Thanks for your help.
