Dear Helen Perez,
We are in receipt of the above referenced NOV dated April 26, 2023. The following is an explanation of
the steps taken to address this NOV.
- The Piezometers have been abandoned by Register Well.
- The necessary form were completed and submitted 4-28-23.
In addition, we are currently procuring equipment to repairthe ponds at Carolina Plantation and
anticipate this work being completed within 60 days.
While this violation is unfortunate, we would ask for consideration as we work to address and resolve
these concerns. We will be sure to keep you informed of our progress to address these concerns.
