Rowan County General Permit NCG030000, Certificate of Coverage NCG030127 Dear Stormwater Permitting Unit; My name is Gary Gray and I am the new EHS Manager at the Granges Americas, Inc. ("Granges") facility located in Salisbury, NC. Upon review of our records for our stormwater permit,the following items were discovered: 1. Documentation of the submission of the May 2022 Monthly reports can not be located. INENCO, INC collects the samples and prepares the monthly reports for Granges. Granges approves and submits the final reports. Enclosed is an approved copy of the May 2022 reports. If these are duplicate submissions, please accept our apologies. 2. The June 2022 report was not prepared by INENCO, INC for Granges due to the facility production being shutdown due to a fatality on June 2. Production restarted in July. This submission serves as the Tier III monthly sampling event for MAY and for 2ND Q2022(April-June)as outlined in our stormwater permit. We will continue monthly sampling until three consecutive sample results are below the benchmark values or within benchmark range as described in our permit.
