("Granges") facility located in Salisbury, NC. Upon review of our records for our stormwater permit,the following items were discovered: 1. Documentation of the submission of the May 2022 Monthly reports can not be located. INENCO, INC collects the samples and prepares the monthly reports for Granges. Granges approves and submits the final reports. Enclosed is an approved copy of the May 2022 reports. If these are duplicate submissions, please accept our apologies. 2. The June 2022 report was not prepared by INENCO, INC for Granges due to the facility production being shutdown due to a fatality on June 2. Production restarted in July.
