PINES Miniature Golf hereby gives permission to the following contractor for work scope under Erosion Control
engineering development.
C& L Grading—Lewin Blue owner shall perform all scope of work under design development for Erosion Control per
design engineering by Seven Lakes Engineering Service Inc. Olmsted Village Company will perform inspection for
stability and operation weekly and after every rainfall.
