The site is in Guilford County and was constructed as a part of the U-3615B Skeet Club Roadway project. The UT to West Fork of the Deep River Site is located approximately 0.4 miles East of the intersection of Johnson Street and Skeet Club Road in Guilford County. The site provides 760 linear feet of stream relocation to offset impacts associated with the U-3615B project. Per the permit requirements, NCDOT was required to visually monitor the stream mitigation site for channel stability and vegetative survival on an annual basis for 5 years or until success criteria were met. During the monitoring period, annual monitoring reports were submitted to the appropriate regulatory agencies via the Environmental Analysis Unit (EAU) website: https:llconnect.ncdot.govlresources/Environmental/EAU/Monitoring-StewardshipIPa esldefault.aspx After 3 years of vegetation and stream stability monitoring, UT to West Fork of the Deep River Site stream relocation indicate that the planted vegetation is surviving, and the stream remains stable. Individual annual monitoring reports are available on EAU'S website for 2018-2022.
