Looks like we can't cancel it on our end, so we'll need you to reapply the same way you did before. Please ensure the
below NOI certification form is uploaded to Tab D9.
Other issues I've identified:
Tab A16a: Check "yes."
Tab D1: The date should be March 24, 2023.
Tab D9: Upload NOI certification form.
Let me know when it's resubmitted so I can alert the payment processor to be on the lookout for it so your previous
payment can be applied toward the corrected NCG01.

Unfortunately, I've realized that I approved your NCG01 application in error. I went back and looked
over it again and noticed some other issues that need to be addressed. I've reached out to someone to
inquire about the best way to move forward. We may have to cancel the one that was approved and

have you resubmit another one with that form uploaded and a few other corrections. I'm waiting to
hear back and will let you know as soon as I know more.
